Vince Barragan

Montgomery Township Deputy Mayor

Vince Barragan, currently Deputy Mayor of Montgomery Township, was elected to the Montgomery Township Committee in 2022 and brings over 20 years of healthcare finance experience at a Fortune 50 company. Vince has lived in the township for nine years in the Montgomery Ridge community and served on the Boards of seven, impact-focused companies providing healthcare to underserved patients. Vince is the proud son and husband of immigrants and served our Nation in combat as an Army Airborne Infantry Officer. Vince has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from New York University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Vince has delivered and continues to lead on his original campaign goals of:

  • Build for the Future
  • Fiscal Responsibility
  • Montgomery for Everyone

Vince led the Budget and Finance Committee for the past three years delivering municipal budgets well below the rate of inflation. Additionally, he supported public safety by championing the first expansion of our Police Department in a decade and the Arrive program to address the increase in mental health calls. He is also a champion of Open Space and the Environment for future generations — endorsing annual increases for our Shade Tree budget. In his second term, Vince commits to taking his lessons learned and hard-won relationships with State and County stakeholders to get Montgomery’s fair share of grants and incentives to reduce costs for our residents.
